These terms apply when you use Talora Stories, part of Talora Lab (contact: order@taloralab.in). By creating an account or ordering a book you agree to them.

Who can use Talora Stories

You must be 18 or older. Books are made for children, but accounts and orders are for their parents, guardians and other adults.

Photos you upload

Only upload a child's photo if you are their parent or legal guardian and you consent to its use, or you have that parent's or guardian's permission. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, or images that are unlawful or inappropriate.

Your personalized book

• Illustrations are created by AI. We aim for a warm, recognisable likeness, but it can vary and will not be an exact photograph.
• You can preview the personalized cover for free before paying. Story pages are created after payment.
• Books are delivered as a digital PDF for personal, non-commercial use. You may print as many copies as you like for your family and share them with relatives and friends.
• Please do not post the PDF publicly, resell it or offer it for download.
• The stories, artwork style and Talora brand remain ours; you may not resell or publish books commercially.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees before you pay and are the full amount you pay, including any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. A book starts only after your payment is confirmed.

If something goes wrong

If your book fails to generate, you can retry it without paying again. See our refund policy for when refunds apply.

Limitation of liability

Talora Stories is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Orders already placed follow the terms in force when you paid.
